Who are we?
L'Explorateur du Goût is an importer and distributor of spirits for wine and spirit retailers, bars and restaurants, for which we have sought out and selected a range of authentic, high-quality craft spirits.
Our Story
L'Explorateur du Goût was created at the start of 2016 to meet the growing demand from wine and spirit retailers and on-trade professionals for more interesting alternatives to the big, well-known brands.

Our selection is founded on a shared passion: that of taste! We offer a range of original and innovative spirits, all of which have a unique story to tell, that of a producer and his/her passion for a well-crafted product!"

Our Difference
Independence: we do not own any brands and we select our producers independently.
Responsibility: natural products, some of which are certified as organic, crafted without any artificial products using traditional savoir-faire.
Originality: brands that are mostly new to the French market, original stories of producers with strong sustainability credentials who are passionate about their craft.
Service: we seek to save you time in the follow-up of your orders and deliveries and to support your sales efforts to fully satisfy the needs of your customers.
Our Ethos
Respect for people and the environment:
We build lasting relationships with all our producers and are proud to showcase their work, their savoir-faire and their personalities.
We work with a logistics partner who has signed up to the “Objectif CO2” charter, committing to a 20% reduction in CO2 emissions over 3 years.
Our portfolio is comprised entirely of natural products, some of which are certified as organic, to guarantee excellent product quality and a minimal impact on the environment.
We work with an ESAT (a sheltered employment establishment), enabling the inclusion of people with disabilities, for the preparation of our samples.
