The people
ARTONIC is the fruit of the collaboration between Jean Pasquet, a craft organic cognac maker, distiller and cellar master famed for the quality of his eaux-de-vie, Larry Skoller, a 3-time Grammy-nominated Franco-American artist and music producer, who has been living in Cognac for 17 years, and Marion Duband, a wine and spirit expert. This eclectic team set itself the mission of creating a collection of premium French organic mixers designed to respect and further enhance the finest characteristics of high-end spirits in cocktails. Their work is meticulous and uncompromising.
The tasting
The ARTONIC collection of low-sugar mixers is 100% organic and made from a selection of natural, non-artificial aromas, without any sweeteners or preservatives. Artonic took particular care in the development of the recipes to achieve the right balance between sugar and acidity that would preserve a certain bitterness in the mixed drinks while respecting the aromatic profiles of the spirits with which the mixers are used. The fruit, botanicals and quinine are all in perfect balance to ensure that the different elements complement each other and further build the drink’s aromatic complexity, both on the nose and on the palate. Enjoyed on their own or used in the most creative of cocktails or mocktails, ARTONIC premium mixers will delight the most discerning palates with their complexity and elegance.
